It is with sadness that the passing of Ruby Lee Bloomer (Kingsport, Tennessee) is shared. Ruby, born on October 10, 1923, passed away on June 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Bell Horton Roller and Wilburn Sherman Roller; her husband J. B. Bloomer; her grandson Jay Bloomer; and her sister Lena Roller Edens.

She is survived by: her friends, Janice, Doug and Sunshine Ferguson; her children, Dalton Bloomer (Janet) and Barbara Kay Bloomer; her granddaughter Claire Hemphill (Brian); her granddaughter-in-law Meg Bloomer; her great grandchildren, Lila, Leo Hemphill, Elle, Brooks and Miles Bloomer; her grandchildren, Taylor Pendleton, Katy Niehaus (Kevin) and Andy Faulk (Laura); her great grandchildren, Eliza Rose, Emmerson and Milo; Timothy Strickland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
