With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby King of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on October 28, 2025 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruby King to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Watkins and Stella Watkins; and her husband Truett. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan King Thompson, Joy Ellen King and Mary Jane King Parvin; her grandsons, Nicholas, Nathan Thompson, Benjamin and Matthew Parvin; her nephew Ronnie Holt; and her nieces, Sandy Watkins, Angie Vandeventer and Kristie Vanover.
In lieu of flowers, it would please the family that donations be made to The Carpenter's Hand Ministry from Colonial Heights Baptist Church in Mrs. Ruby's honor.
