She was predeceased by: her husband Emory L. Rhoton; her parents, Ben Neeley and Roxie Neeley; her siblings, Willie Neeley, Ray Neeley, Pat Neeley, Edna Lane and Gladys Roberts; and her grandson Aaron Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis A. Sullivan (Ron) and Brenda C. Bailey (Kent); her grandchildren, Eric Bailey (Rita), Chris Helton (Wendy), Leslie Williams (Scott) and Patrick Sullivan (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Kaytlynn, Sierra, Emily, Shay, Haley (Conner), Myrikal, Malacki, Liam, Drew and Kensy; her great great grandchild Diana Mae Guzman; and her siblings, Annabelle Roberts (Roy), Linda Holtzclaw and Fred Neeley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
