He is survived by: his wife Janie Manis; his son Sam Manis II (Molly); his siblings, Dwayne Manis (Anna), Vickie Sword (Scott), Patty Bisceglia (Monty) and Karen Manis; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Graham (Gary) and David Barger (Diana); and his close friend Jack Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
