He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Smith Taylor and Preston Taylor; and his sister Linda Ann Taylor. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Taylor Owen (William E. Owen, Jr.); his granddaughter Allison Isabel Owen of Kingsport; his brother Preston Taylor, Jr. (Beth Grayson Taylor) of Bristol, TN; his sibling's children, Dr. Stacy Bennetts (Liam) of Augusta, GA and Preston Taylor, III (Whitney Taylor) of Bristol, TN; and his great-nephews, Brady, Austin Bennetts of Augusta, GA, Preston Taylor, IV and Braxton Taylor of Bristol, TN..
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
