He was predeceased by: his father R. C. Kitzmiller. He is survived by: his mother Clara Necessary Kitzmiller of Kingsport; and his siblings, Gale Tapscott (Bobby) of Knoxville, TN, Rick Kitzmiller of Kingsport and Tim Kitzmiller of Kingsport. He is also survived by two nieces two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund set up in his name and mailed to Clara Kitzmiller, 469 Beechwood Drive, Kingsport, TN 37663.
