He is survived by: his children, Erica Beard Campbell of Columbia, SC and Scottie Lorenzo Maxwell of Greenville, TN; and his siblings, William "Scooter" Maxwell, Sr. of Kingsport, TN, Charles "Dee Dee" Maxwell of Kingsport, TN, Elizabeth Maxwell Wood (James) of Gate City, VA, Linda Wise of Kingsport, TN, Argretta Maxwell Simon of Smyrna, TN and Angela Maxwell Squires (Thomas) of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins; and a host of friends.
