She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Casey and Lucille Casey; and her siblings, Ann Mitchell, Sue Casey, Junior Casey and Jay Casey.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Franklin; her son Cody Franklin (Kayley); her stepchildren, Lynn Franklin (Christine) and Debbie Proffitt (Michael); her sisters, Faye Hammonds (Buddy), Rose Tesnear and Linda Helton (Bill); and her close friend Vicki Ford. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the East Lawn Funeral Home (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at the same location.
