With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ashbrook (Kingsport, Tennessee), who passed away on September 15, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Ashbrook to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tommy and Margaret Caroline Elliot Harr; her husband Oakley Ashbrook; and her brother Millard Harr. She is survived by: her children, Tom Ashbrook (Cheryl), David Ashbrook and Kathy Shaffer; her grandchildren, Laura Perry (Travis), Derrick Ashbrook (Beth) and Ashley Shaffer; her great grandchildren, Caleb Perry, Addison Perry, Kaylee Fields and Brooklyn Jones; her great great grandchild Ivy Rose Fields; her brother Howard Harr (Judy); and her close friend Linda Ramsey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Shirley's memory to a local children's charity.
