She was predeceased by: her husband James Marshall (Jim). She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Meade (Eddie), Lisa Ramey (Roy) and David Marshall (Jamie Hutchins); her grandchildren, Joshua, Brock Meade, Jamie Marshall and Brittany Hutchins; and her sisters, Virgie Ferrell and Francis Jenkins (Bob). She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamlett Dobson Funeral Home (117 E Charlemont Ave, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church Hill Memory Gardens (208 Lane St, Church Hill, TN 37642).
