She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Ina Trent of Kingsport, Arlie and Pearl Johnson of Bristol, Tennessee; and her father Randall Gene Johnson, Sr. of Bristol.
She is survived by: her mother Doris Trent Johnson; her siblings, Randy Johnson (Gail) and Cindy Ward (Eugene); her children, Angela Mann and Jessicia Shaffer (Justin); her grandchildren, Isabella, Aiden, Tyler Mann, Addison, Allison and Ava Shaffer; and her close friend Daran Nottingham. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gravelly Baptist Church (647 Gravely Rd, Kingsport, TN 37660). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:50 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hamlett Dobson Memorial Park (2630 TN-75, Blountville, TN 37617).
