With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Richards of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Richards and Opal Richards; and his siblings, William "Bill" Richards and Sheila Jean Richards. He is survived by: his fiancée Brenda Hyatt; his fiancée's children, Wanda Johnson and Don Scalf (Kimberly); his sister Brenda Lane Mitchell; his nephews, Timothy Lane (Jessica) and Anthony Lane (Adrian); his close friend Joel Kindle; and his pet Tootsie. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
