He was predeceased by: his father Gary Blevins; his grandparents, Earl Kestner and Lakie Blevins; his aunt Selena McMurray; and his uncle Jack Blevins.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Blevins; his sisters, Danielle Miller (Joe) and Mandy Carrico (Donny); his grandmother Alice Kestner; his nieces and nephews, Lilly (Stefan), Lexi, Leah, Tyler and Patton; and his close friend Kelly Salyer. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
