With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Carter (Kingsport, Tennessee), who passed away on May 14, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Chloe Ella; her parents, Robert Goad and Margarite Goad; and her aunt Judith McCurry. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Carter; her daughter Amanda Schreiber (Ben); her granddaughter Charli; her son Dulaney Carter (Sarah); her aunt Janet Cox; and her cousin Cara Perkins (Trent).
The family asks that in leui of flowers, any monetary donations be made to Milligan College, or to Gunnings Cemetery c/o Tony Martin 414 Roxana Drive, Kingsport, TN 37664 as a tribute to Theresa's memory.
