Thelma Kern Evans Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025, at the age of 93, Thelma Kern Evans (Kingsport, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Kern and Virginia Kern; her husband Don Evans; her daughter Teresa Aesque; and her brothers, Glen and Gary Kern.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Patton (Kenny); her son-in-law Paul Aesque; and her grandchildren, Nikki Pasch (James) of Kingsport, Emily Ball (Ben) of Kingsport, Jennifer Trammell (Justin) of Knoxville and Brandon Aesque of Kingsport. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the East Lawn Memorial Park (4997 Memorial Blvd, Kingsport, TN 37664). A reception will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ridgefields (2320 Pendragon Rd, Kingsport, TN 37660).
