She was predeceased by: her husband R. J. Woods; her sons, Roger and Rick Woods; her grandchildren, Kathy and Marty Eaton; her parents, Arthur Leonard and Ellen Leonard; and her siblings, Juanita Hicks, Eva Ketron, Narvel and Lester Leonard.

She is survived by: her children, Joyce McLain (Ed), Sandra McMillion (Randy) and Ronnie "Runt" Woods (Neena); and her sister Madge Garland (Johnny). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
