He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Earl Bradshaw (Virginia). He is survived by: his husband John Bellamy; his sons, Rhys A. Bradshaw-Bellamy and Rowan A. Bradshaw-Bellamy; his mother Elaine Bradshaw; and his siblings, Lois Williams (Jamie) and Brian Bradshaw of Church Hill.
