With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Timothy Alan Ruff of Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul James and Virginia Dare Addington Ruff; his wife Melissa Naomi Owens Ruff; and his siblings, Bobby Joe Ruff, Brenda Ruff Grizzle, Lavona Ruff Edwards, Patsy Ruff Dixon and Nancy Ruff Bailey.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth Dare Ruff, Deric Ruff (Gevon) and Austin Ruff (Robin); his siblings, Lara McCammon (Kevin) and Paul "Jim" Ruff (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Katelynn Jacobs (Stephen Jarvis), Jessee Blevins (Beth), Jackie Alan Ruff (Caitlin) and Christian Ruff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
