He was predeceased by: his parents, George Doty and Ruby Gulnell Baker; and his brother George N. Baker. He is survived by: his brothers, Darrell Baker (Angie) of Kingsport, Timothy Baker of Kingsport and Don Cobb of Kingsport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
