He was predeceased by: his parents, Bowen Shrader and Sadie Shrader; and his sister Hazel Hamm. He is survived by: his wife Linda Gale Shrader; his daughters, Kathy Hartgrove (Tim Hartgrove) and Tina Sluss (Keith Sluss); his grandchildren, Abby George, Sarah George, Emma George, Lauren Jones (Shawn), Austin Sluss and Ashton Sluss; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Jones and Harper Jones; and his siblings, Elwood Shrader, Carl Shrader and Imogene Parker.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
