He was predeceased by: his parents, William Manuel and Mary Manuel; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Manuel; his children, Kimberly and Wesley; his brother John; and also, Ray (Lucy), Christine, Edna Mae (Gene), Helen (Leonard) and Judy (Roger).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Hills Memory Gardens (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210).
