He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Earl Dudney and Susan Dudney; his grandparents, Sally, George Bowling of Lafayette, AL, John and Rose Dudney of Kingsport; his aunt Elizabeth "Lib" Dudney of Kingsport; and his uncle Randolph Bowling of Lafayette, AL..
He is survived by: his wife Janyce Ralston Dudney; his children, Brooke Adams (Andy), Laura Goodwin (Adam), John Dudney (Heather) and Rachel Hight (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Anne Marie, Eleanor, Charlotte, Meg Adams, Lillian, Hannah Goodwin, Charlie, Max Dudney, Ruth and William Hight; his siblings, Susan Greene (Jim), Tom Dudney (Diane), Steve "Bo" Dudney (Gloria) and Anne Kilgore; his uncle William Bowling (Libba); and his mother-in-law Jeannette Ralston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
