He was predeceased by: his parents, George Housewright and Delphia Housewright; his daughter Vanessa Bateman West; and his siblings, James, Harold, Odie Housewright, Genell Duncan, Margie Hunt and Marie Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Housewright; his children, Eleanor Good, Kristal Spangler (Tim), Bill Housewright, Mark Housewright (Gillian) and Carl Housewright (Tammy); and his siblings, Scotty, Ricky Housewright, Carolyn Jenkins and Betty Allen (Perry). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
