She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Powers and Mary Akers Powers; her husband Robert "Curly" Maultbay; her son Ricky Maultbay; her grandchildren, Misty, Shawna Maultbay and Josh Wininger; and her son-in-law Mike Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Cole, Diane Jennings (David) and Tim Maultbay (Christy); her daughter-in-law Annette Myers; her grandchildren, Shane Maultbay, Casie Maultbay, Miranda Hartsell (Jordan) and Anthony Salas; her stepgrandchildren, Riley Gordon, Reagan Gordon, Jenny Rivers and Spencer Cole; her great grandchildren, Addyson Maultbay and Juniper Hartsell; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madison and Isabella Rivers; her siblings, Betty Jo McCloud, Nadine Goldizen, Beulah Austin (Andy), Andy Powers (Angie) and Sue Gorman; her sisters-in-law, Tooty Powers and Nancy Powers; her granddaughter Dyanna Taylor; and her close friend Reba Hackney.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Funeral and Cremation Services (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Oak Hill Memorial Park (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Wilma's honor to St. Jude or Homeland Baptist Church Building Fund.
