She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Leeper Jr.; and her siblings, Fred Leeper, Clay Leeper Sr., Kenneth Leeper, Miller Leeper, Gaither Maxwell, Lula Kyle, Margaret Watterson and Thelma Dulaney.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Morgan (Charlie) of Kingsport, Tennessee, Keith Leeper of Johnson City and Randy Leeper of Mt. Carmel, Tennessee; her sister Eleanor Louise Washington of California; and her grandchildren, April Morgan, Rashea Leeper and Briana Leeper.
