He was predeceased by: his sister Casey Leigh Edwards. He is survived by: his parents, Johnnie Bolt and Elizabeth "Lib" Fuller Bolt; his cousin Michelle; his daughters, Cosette Bolt (Wyatt) and Ella Bolt; his sister Lynn White (Ole); his nieces and nephews, Lauren Summer Cassidy Edwards (Kevin), Regan Luiz, Zachary Edwards (Charlie), Holden White and Kelten Gammill; his brother-in-law Dennis Edwards; and his aunts, Bettie Pursley and Betty Ann Spires. He is also survived by cousins, relatives and friends.
