He was predeceased by : his wife Doris Moleetha Fleenor; his granddaughter Jessica Druin; his parents, Milford Bruce Fleenor and Millicent Burdetta Forester Fleenor; and his sister Carolyn Kinser.

He is survived by : his children, Sue Ellen Kilgallon of Tullahoma and Michael Bruce Fleenor (Patricia) of Rotonda West, FL; his mother-in-law Anna Napier of Pennington Gap, VA; his siblings-in-law, Tommy Napier (Bonnie) of Cocoa Beach, FL, Johnny Napier (Norma) of Tazewell, VA, Calvin Napier (Debbie) of Pennington Gap, VA, Scott Napier (Robin) of Pennington Gap, VA and Tracy Thomas (Tim) of Pennington Gap, VA; and his close friends, Frank Buck of Kingsport, Norm Yarwood of Canada, Johnny Chapman of LaGrange, GA and Bob Viers of Texas. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
