With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Deborah Humphreys of Kingston, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2026 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Deborah may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Schubert and Buddy Rucker; and her sister Vicki Woods. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Humphreys of Kingston; her sons, Thomas Humphreys Jr. of Kingston and Matthew Humphreys (Kristin Brummitt-Humphreys) of Kingston; her grandchild Nathanel Humphreys (Jorgia Wedding) of Kingston; her sister Kim Eckstein of Clinton; and her siblings-in-law, Lavonna Breazeale of Kingston and Don Humphrey of Kingston.
