She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Spivey; her son-in-law Jackie Spivey of Knoxville, TN; her granddaughters, Kayla Spivey and Mariah Spivey; her grandson-in-law Christian Reynolds; her grandchildren, Violet Reynolds and Zaiden Reynolds of Kingston, TN; her nephew Paul Hunley (Christine Hunley) of Heiskell, TN; her sisters, Connie Slone of McCrory, AR, Brenda Doss of Knoxville, TN and Christine Moody; and her friend Chuck Mills.
