It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Ray Patterson of Kingston, Tennessee, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Maurine Kay McMann Patterson; his parents, Herbert Eugene and Catherine Cansler Patterson; and his parents-in-law, Earl and Virginia McMann.

He is survived by : his sons, Brad Patterson (Sherry) of Ten Mile, Kent Patterson (Katie) of Ten Mile and Greg Patterson (JoAnna) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Hayley, Brandon (Amber), Emily, Abigail, Maggie, Kayla, Avery and Gracen; his sisters, Retta Bolden (Larry) of Kingston, Christine Lawson (John) of Blaine and Detra McDonald (Jim); and his brother-in-law Keith McMann (Nellie) of Michigan. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, grand nieces & nephews.

The family request memorials be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
