He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Arthur and Bobbie Long; his parents, Greg Lay (Terri) and Angela Nelson (Ron); his siblings, Sarah McGill, Ashley (Zach Johnson), Kayla Lay (David Beardsley), Nick (Brittany Lay), Elijah (Elizabeth Lay), Sierra Lay and Caden Lay; and his grandparents, J. E., Mary Beth Lay and Willis Thistle. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be sent to Fraker Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.
