He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Payne and Mary Alice Payne (Parrish); his brother Ron Payne; and his nephew Eric Payne. He is survived by: his children, Brian Payne (Kristy), Emily Frances Molina (Ruben) and Jason Levi Payne; his grandchildren, Annabelle Payne, Connor Payne, Elijah Molina and Mirabel Molina; his siblings, Patty Payne, Jerry Payne and Randy Payne; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Taylor, Tiffany, Aaron and Mathew Payne.
