Jerry leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jerry’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Kelley and Vestie Kelley; and his sister Janice Hooks. He is survived by: his wife Connie Kelley; and his children, Melissa Kelley, Angie Poore, Christy Bettis, Ashley Rucker, Nicole Godsey, Michael Daugherty and Jerry Ray.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fraker Funeral Home (1445 Kingston Hwy, Kingston, TN 37763). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the Laurel Bluff Baptist Church (691 Laurel Bluff Rd, Kingston, TN 37763).
