He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rucker; his sister-in-law June Cission; his nephew Tyler (Katie Franklin); his great-niece Emberley Franklin of Rockwood; and his sisters, Carolyn Perkey of Kingston and Helen Gunter of Fayetteville, NC..
