She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Lay and Ann Lay; her daughter Bethany Woods; and her brother Jim Lay. She is survived by: her husband Rick Duncan; her daughter Rickah Herrell (Troy); her grandchildren, Drew Mefford and Melanna Herrell; her great grandchildren, Judah Mefford and Atlas Mefford; and her sister Karen Mayton (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
