She was predeceased by : her husband George Levi Griffis; her parents, Charles Young and Flossie Ball Young Owens; and her siblings, Logean Lynch, William "Dub" and Charles "Junior" Young.
She is survived by : her children, Darrell Griffis (Bridgett) of Lenoir City, Randy Griffis (Brenda) of Kingston, Jeff Griffis (Melinda) of Harriman and Staci Griffis Moize (Jimmy) of Lyles; her grandchildren, Ashley Zacher, Amber Leah Griffis, Allen, Bryan, Daryn Griffis, Bradley, Brandon Griffis, Aubree, Brylie, Tucker Moize and Carley Waite; and her sisters, Marcella Griffis of Harriman, Marita Winters (Tom) of Cleveland and Brenda DeVaney (Tim). She is also survived by 12 Great Grandchildren.
