He was predeceased by : his parents, Margaret Edna and Warren Edward Billings; his brother Don Billings; and his sister-in-law Cassandra Osborne. He is survived by : his wife Pauletta Joy Osborne Billings of Kingston; his son Lawrence Alan Billings (Beth); his grandson Josh Billings of Akron Ohio; his son Doug Edward Billings; his stepson Shannon DeWayne Porter of Oak Ridge; and his sisters-in-law, Veronica Billings of Bell Buckle, TN, Jacquetta Brinson (Willis Jr.) and Tanya Osborne of Oak Ridge. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and close relatives.
