We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2023, at the age of 89, Loyce Jewell Whiley of Kingston, Tennessee, born in Rockwood, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Harry T. Whiley; her daughter Anna Elizabeth Garrett; her parents, William Harvey Foland and Betty Elizabeth Farmer Foland; and her sisters, Ella Mae Hughes and Ilene Marie "Snookie" Hughes.

She is survived by : her son-in-law James L. "Jim" Garrett of Kingston; her granddaughter Jennifer D. Johns (Perry) of Limestone; and her great grandchildren, Asher Kai Johns, Karis Olivia Johns and Selah Rose Johns.
