It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Clinton of Kingston, Tennessee, who passed away on April 29, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Millsaps and Martha Millsaps; her husband William Kenneth Clinton; her siblings, Hermus Millsaps, Thelma Pressley, Ethel Gerthung, Willie Mae Roberts, James Millsaps, Louise Keeney, Dorothy Bauer and Betty Westmoreland; and her sons-in-law, Robert Woods and Eddie Lemons.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Woods of Kingston, Cathy Lemons of Kingston, Sharon Miller (Ratchet) of Rockwood and Kenny Clinton (Becky) of Kingston; her grandchildren, Robert Woods of Cookeville, Keith Woods of Lenoir City, Kristy Brown of Kingston, Allan Thompson of Rockwood, Tracy Thompson of Rockwood, Travis Lemons of Maryville, Landon Rector of Rockwood and Jared Clinton of Kingston; and her brother Floyd Millsaps (Betty) of Sparta. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kyker Funeral Homes Our Kingston Chapel (350 W Race St, Kingston, TN 37763). A reception was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kyker Funeral Home Chapel (350 W Race St, Kingston, TN 37763). A burial was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Roane Memorial Gardens (1400 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
