She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Martin and Annie Mae Martin; her siblings, Sandra Martin, Ricky and Milton Martin; and her son Jason Givens.
She is survived by : her children, Justin Givens, Jacquelyn, Jennifer and Julie Givens; her siblings, Eugene Martin (Denise) and Vickie Martin; her sister-in-law Sherrie Martin; her grandchildren, Jalaya, Zaniah, Julianna, Jaycee, Julian, Braxton, Kingston, Jayslin, Alexander and Josie; her close friends, Connie Guinn, Kim Pipkin and Brenda Thornton; and also, Chassie Johnson, Kristin Givens and Haley Glandon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
