He is survived by : his wife Deni Milburn; his children, Will Milburn (Heather) and Amy Nelson (Ken); his siblings, Randy Milburn (Kim) and Mary Stewart; his grandchildren, Lilly, William and Madison; his stepchildren, Kaine Austin (Fernanda) and Ashley Parsons; and his stepgrandchildren, Kennon, Emery, Collins, Elle, Nola and Sophia.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Folds of Honor or Tunnel to Towers organizations.
