He was predeceased by: his father Fredrick Morin; and also Theresa Morin. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Morin; his children, Ruth Sabrina Smith (Joshua Smith), Sarah Jane Morin (Luke McAnulty) and Mark Morin; his grandchildren, Olivia Elise Smith, Chandler James McAnulty and Miranda Grace Smith; and his wife Esperanza Morin.

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gilead Baptist Church (2504 Shipe Rd, Knoxville, TN 37924). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery (1585 Mt Tabor Rd, Maryville, TN 37801).
