He is survived by: his wife Betty Collins; his daughters, Lisa Collins Sanders, Ladene Collins Cannon (Eddie) and Ladette Collins Kerr (Morgan); his grandchildren, Madison, Elizabeth, Hannah, Baylor, Andrew, Anthony and Abigail; and his siblings, Debbie Flatford, Stan Collins, Vickie Stevens (Anthony) and Cindy Vardaman. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
