He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dianne Moore Clemons of Knoxville, Tennessee.; and his sister Katie Lee Lafever of Cookeville, Tennessee..
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Holley Cemetery (1850 Allen Ferry Rd, Smithville, TN 37166).
