It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey LaNell Denton of Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Audrey may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Audrey touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dorman Denton; her parents, Floyd Flanagan and Elga Flanagan; and her sister Dewania Seagle (Boston). She is survived by: her children, Larry Denton and Donna Denton; her daughter-in-law Kay Denton; her granddaughter Katie Denton-Walls; her grandson-in-law Dustin Walls; and her great grandchild Mason Walls. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
