She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel E. Armstrong Sr.; and her parents, Henry Risner and Bobbie Risner. She is survived by: her children, Sammye L. Pilant (Jeff), Kimberly C. Hartsfield (Bill), Sheri M. Parler (Bill), Russell H. Armstrong (Linda), Kristi Fehr (Geoff), Tabatha V. Raines (Brian) and Samuel E. Armstrong Jr. (Angela); her grandchildren, Brandon Fehr (Jennifer), Dylan Fehr (Kasi), Ryan Fehr, Sydney Armstrong (Travis), Seth Armstrong and Evan Armstrong; her great grandchildren, Samuel Fehr and Finnegan Fehr; and her sister Vicky Stevens. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
