He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Head and Lorrine "Rene" Head; his brother Harold "Sonny" Blalock; and his close friends, Gene Mash, Brandon and Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Hoskins; his son Brandon Hoskins (Beth Hoskins); his sister Tami Head; his in-laws, Irving and Diana Blalock; his brother-in-law David Blalock; his children, Cody White, Shane Sims, Justin Maples, Evan Roach, Josh Prater, Samantha "Sammy Sue" Faulkner, Addie Grace and Benji; his nieces, Kadie Russell, Kelsey Blalock and Emily Blalock; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dalani and Damani.
