He is survived by: his lifelong love Vicki Coburn; his stepchildren, Robert Miller, Anthony Coburn and Kristy Bonny (Donald White); his brothers, Benny Samuel (Marion) and Daryl Samuel; and his caregiver Doris Shelton. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
