He is survived by: his siblings, Howard Lowe (Suzie) of Knoxville, TN, Brenda Hammond of Knoxville, TN, Carolyn Phillips (Wayde) of Knoxville, TN and Lillian Smith (Edward) of Florida. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
