It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Capps of Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 3, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Carl Capps to show support.

He was predeceased by : his grandmother Sheila Oxendine. He is survived by : his parents, Janice Rudder and Carl Capps III; his stepfather Mitchell Rudder Sr.; his brother Mitchell Rudder Jr.; his grandparents, Kay Wolfkeil, Carl and Terri Capps, Jr.; his aunt Charlette Humphrey; and his uncle Ralph Humphry. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

The family ask that in lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Mynatt Funeral Home to help cover expenses.
